“Lovely experience, the food was wonderful. I got an Omelette du Jour and it was perfectly cooked with a wonderful blend of delectable flavors. The service staff were wonderful, they were very kind and accomodating.My only issue would have to be the strong smell of gasoline which was almost nauseating, presumably due to the several fireplaces being lit in an enclosed space. Aside from that, the atmosphere was wonderful with very elegant yet homey decor, and I love that they support local artists by allowing them to sell their paintings there.Parking: The place was packed, though there was ample parking, we ended up having to park on the grass.Wheelchair accessibility: They offer handicap parking and everything is on one floor.“

“We were married at Georgina’s this past month and wanted to share how incredible our experience was. We had to move our ceremony inside due to weather. 40 minutes prior, there was no rain and Harold and the team started setting up for an outside ceremony, only for it to start sprinkling 5 minutes before the guest came, pushing the ceremony inside. We had a large (and loud) bridal party with a ton of kids. Harold was able to manage all of them and get them out in order and on time. Harold went along with any idea I had and made the night as perfect as could be. We could not recommend a better venue and coordinator. After stepping in the Grand ballroom, we knew our wedding would be perfect. So glad we trusted Harold and the team. He even packed up cake for us for when we got back to the hotel.“

This evening my wife and I decided to dine in and the experience was better than expected! We had Samosas, Thai noodles, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Tikka Masala, and Naan. The service was friendly and attentive. The owner/chef came out to our table to ask how everything was. What I told him is what I'm telling all of you. This is the best Indian food I've had to date! I have a strong culinary background and highly recommend you put this place on a short list of great food destinations! In the past we've had curry lamb, tomato soup, tom yam soup, lolipop chicken, fried rice, and aloo paratha. Make your way through the whole menu, you won't be disappointed!“

“I have been to both Willington Pizza and Willington Pizza 2, and I love them both! I've been going there for years since I live in the area and I've never been disappointed with my food or service. The Pizza is phenomenal with lots of different topping combinations. I usually choose the house special which is loaded with fresh toppings. I have also had dinners and grinders and all were good! Both restaurants serve the same delicious and extensive menus. I personally prefer the original restaurant only because it is larger and I like the atmosphere better. Both have exceptional service and food. They are close to Uconn campus and a lot of students work there. Also, you never know when you might run into some Husky athletes there too! I've seen many Husky legends while dining there. If you've never been there it's worth the trip even if you have to travel a little bit!“

Can't beat the cornbeef sandwich and I was so happy to find out I could order a cup of chicken soup and 1/2 a sandwich. I can't eat such big portions and I hate wasting food, so thank you for providing options for smaller servings.“

Their hard scoop ice cream flavors change throughout the season, best way to stay updated is to follow their Facebook group.Prices have been raised so just be aware that the website prices are not accurate. My eyes were bigger than my stomach and I got a sundae to split. Very generous portions on my sundae. It was very busy when I visited and the line wrapped around the building. The workers are fairly efficient at getting your orders though so it’s worth the wait. There’s plenty of seating. Dog friendly and you can get them a sweet treat too.Lovely ice cream shop with a variety of flavors. Fairly priced.“

“Wow! I’m still in the restaurant and I had to make a review because of how floored I am. This is one of the most delicious meals I’ve ever eaten in my life. I highly recommend the shamm savera. The sauce in there and the chicken tikka masala is incredible! The service was fantastic and they even gave us extra sauce without our asking and rice pudding. Floored all the way around. Incredible. I feel cheated out of all the time I didn’t know this food existed.“

“I have been to this restaurant a few times with a friend and we have never been disappointed. The tofu appetizer is a must every time. I always order the vegetarian noodle soup. It's always hot and delicious. This place gets full of people at lunchtime which is a good sign. It's not a fancy place but the food is consistently of excellent quality and the servers are always friendly and efficient. Just writing this review is making me crave the food again!“

“I’ve always loved wood n tap for many reasons & recently they added another reason to that list. A couple of days ago I had ordered a steak salad & sweet potato fries from them through Uber eats while I was at work. When it was delivered to me, the restaurant had accidentally given me someone else’s order, so I called them & explained what had happened. They offered to remake my food & I could come pick it up at no extra cost, but the only thing was that I wasn’t able to come pick it up because I was at work. When I told them this, a worker spoke with a manager & they offered to have someone from the restaurant deliver it to me! This was so kind & they also ended up including a free app coupon, gift certificate & two cookies. They went above & beyond, I highly recommend wood n tap to anyone who enjoys great drinks, food & service!!“

“This is one of my favorite lunch spots! The food is so delicious and always fresh. The staff is always friendly and double checks on each item I want to put in my rice bowl. The Eatjoy Beef Bowl is my favorite with the spicy mayo sauce on top. On days I'm more hungry, i also order the steamed dumplings, which are very tasty. Just a heads up, the dining space is long tables, so you may end up sitting with other customers. If that isn't your thing, then I would just suggest getting your food to go. It's definitely worth it to check out.“

Different options for apps than Willington pizza (a classic staple as well).Generally go with a pie or two for takeout, but recently tried the bone-in wings. Completely blown away. “I came here last night for the first time after a recommendation and so glad we did cause they did not disappoint. The decor is a little dated however we have the nicest waitress Natasha who made the evening so great. She was very prompt and friendly and really funny. The food portions were a generous size and everything we had was really good. We never once asked for water refills, she just kept them coming. Amazing staff. Amazing food. Will be returning to our new local favorite spot in the very near future and hopefully will get the same amazing waitress.“
