“The service was fast and friendly. The food was prepared very well. Fish and chips were light and crunchy, very tasty. If you like it hot, the jerk chicken was a flavor bomb. Only issue is both plates were missing the cole slaw. Definitely worth checking it out.“
“Nice atmosphere with friendly staff and patrons. Food is a notch up from usual bar/tavern fare as orders are prepared individually on a grill behind the bar. Have had numerous burgers and they are quite juicy while prepared as ordered. Fries are crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle. My wife says the crispy chicken sandwich is the best she's ever had! Oh, the beer selection is adequate and cold. What more do you want? Torrington's version of CHEERS!“
“I can't speak on the food, I didn't have any; I was here recently to perform.Parking is a bit tight, if you have an option to CarPool, go for it.I thought it a little odd there were kids all over. This place is 1 bar out in the middle of the woods, so I can only assume when folks need a night out, this is where they go with them.There was Only 1 bartender until 8/8:30 on a Saturday night, so it was difficult to even get a glass of water, let alone a drinkBut other than this, the highlights are:Plenty of seating high tops and tablesSpaciousVERY nice grateful ownersPool tableSpace for full band to playCool pint glassesGuiness if your particular on the pour, ask 1st2 bathroomsWe're definitely coming back and had fun overall.Be sure to have a Designated Driver so you get home safe! “Great place for running in for pickup on my lunch break, or sitting at a table and having dinner! Food is absolutely delicious! I have never had a bad experience and the owner and his girlfriend are so sweet, personable, and professional!! The other people that work there have been great as well, but specifically the woman that works Tuesdays. Our entire family LOVES getting the combo specials! Great place, highly recommend!!!!!“
“The food was delicious; the decor is REALLY hip, went on a Thursday night to listen to some jazz and was not disappointed! I'm going to try Latin night which is on Friday nights! Damn, it was like being in the city!!! It may become my second home.“
