I love DD. Who doesn’t right? I’m not a person to have a taste for sweet coffee. My Favorite and all time regular order is the added coconut flavor to my hot coffee. In hot weather I love the Coolottas. Yummy! And my favorite donut are Boston Cream and Jelly Stick. They have a great variety selection at any time of the day!

Went today and ordered iced signature caramel latte with whipped cream. What I got was no very mild coffee flavor, not 1/4 th cup was empty with whipped cream, too sweet test like extra sugar on it. Went back there and requested some milk or something to test less sweet. Server was angry and didn’t want to add milk or some coffee. What he gave me it was worse than before. I didn’t get what I pay for. Very disappointed. Never even going back again that store.
This is a Drive-Up/Walk-Up only location. Just stopped here with my guy (I stopped patronizing this brand when it was no longer a "time to make the donuts" but he like many others enjoy their products). I am hungry, so I ordered Turkey Sausage, Egg and Cheese that ended up on a Croissant because they were out of my request. The paper was totally hot and the sandwich not even room temperature. Present day Dunkin' is a far cry from the original Dunkin' Donuts and I do not recommend this chain at all. It was a waist of his money, I am still hungry.??♀️ The two stars are for the Drive-Up persons kindness. There is no parking because there is no inside for customers.

I DO NOT EAT PORK AND I REPEATED MY ORDER TWICE TOO and still didn’t make it they just gave me a bacon egg and cheese, I come here regularly on a daily basis for my own egg and cheese sandwichs and everywhere I go I have no problem not even once but it happens today I placed an order for an Egg&Cheese,and I repeated my order multiple times making sure I Don’t get BACON in my Sandwich, Because of restrictions and religious exemptions I Can Not Eat PORK, Bacon. With no exceptions. Without me looking I took a bite and I’m stuck at work I can’t go back . I’m really disappointed

Horrible. I went and order a French vanilla SWIRL iced coffee and asked them to stir it and the girl at the window just started complaining about it then they put the shot instead of the swirl so I came back and asked for a remake and this second time they decided to not put the swirl in at all just a coffee with sugar and I was already late for work so thank you ladies for the bitter morning and I’m pretty sure they gotta be still talking about it still bc they were extremely busy complaining about me with the window open.

So i came here for some breakfast and some coffee and I got a sourdough breakfast sandwich and I only got one piece of bread

They have screwed up my 40 something dollar order up. Messed up my daughter coffee(not the first time) messed up my other daughters sandwich. Slammed the window in their face at the walk up. And on top of it they don’t answer their phone when you call. Not good business. This is the one on east Main Street in Torrington ct the walk up/drive-through.
