I stop here for a quick dinner, this is the KFC in Torrington, the clerk was at best rude. A lady in front of me got a meal that if the clerk was better could have given her a better deal not 12 pieces of chicken for 45.00 outrageous. Then when I showed her the difference the clerk actually told her to be on her way. I had already ordered my meal and it was just thrown in the bag. I realize that not all KFC are the same but this one is in dire need of new management. Not again will I go there I hope chicken fillet comes to town and puts them in there place.Parking: Does have handicapped parkingWheelchair accessibility: Yes it does have wheelchair accessible

Went for a kids bday gathering. The management is with 0 customer service. Staff is not polite. Then we decided to leave and went to mc donald rajagiriya. No1 staff and arranged everything for us with friendly attitude. We simply gave the business to mc donald. Will Never return to KFC….

Use to like KFC. This last time we bought the 8 piece meal. The chicken was old, and over cooked…. Like it’s been sitting around a long time. Definitely NOT FRESH! You couldn’t even eat it !!!The Biscuits were awful as well. WHO wants to go all the way back to complain!Will Not Be Back.
Been here a few times, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt being a fast food chain but the gentleman who works behind the counter, and most of the staff are rude and inconsiderate. Do not go here.

I ordered online at the website for delivery to our home. The food was still warm. The Original Chicken was decent. The French Fries were not crispy and too salty. The Mac & Cheese looked old; but, I gave it a try to be fair. It was tasteless, I tossed it. I have no r es commendation for this location attisha time. Maybe it was an off noght.
