I never go to this Taco Bell unless I am willing to wait 20-40 mins in the drive thru (and no, going inside isn't any better). If you are already prepared for the wait, it's not a frustrating experience. The orders are always right and food is hot. No complaints other than be committed when going thru drive through line as once you are in line, there is no way out. ?? Staff is always friendly despite probably getting complained to about the wait by customers. Be kind. These places are often understaffed.

I've got absolutely no complaints about this location at all they're quick, clean, friendly and accurate
Feeling like they need to redo something here, whether it is how they run the store, the layout, something. I have run into a few slow moving lines at this Taco Bell in the past, for that reason I almost hesitated and went in the store but as I drove up I got false hope seeing the line move forward. I pulled in, 2 people pulled in behind me and so began our just shy of an hour long wait. I called into the store to ask if everything was ok, they said people called out and they were behind, the guy kindly apologized and they were nice enough to cover some of the orders but it was absolutely terrible getting stuck in that line with no way to exit...for almost an entire hour. I have never seen this at any other Taco Bell or fast food restaurant but as I read these other reviews, I see this is normal at this location and I am wondering why this has been allowed to go on for so long. Most other locations move you through so fast you wonder how they had your bag ready as you get to the window, this one leaves you waiting 30-60 minutes average and for what the food is, very basic stuff, I truly cannot make sense of it. Employees seem nice but the wait is incomprehensible and so is the layout where once you go in line you are absolutely stuck.
Went here to grab some food w/ a buddy, and we waited about an hour and 10 mins in the drive through to order, pay and get the food. If you got places to be, there's better options. If you wanna be miserable waiting for food, then this is the place to be.

25 minutes in line at drive thru waiting for the online order I placed 15 minutes before even arriving. Finally get my food with no sauces in the bag. Service is always beyond slow and when you go inside it takes a very long time for any employee to pay attention and orders are almost never accurate.

Went threw the drive thru on a Wednesday evening because I was running late and needed a quick dinner. Once your in the line ,if someone is behind you, your stuck. You can't pull out to the side , you can't back up. I pulled into the drive thru at 7:20pm. There were 4 cars in line ahead of me and 2 cars behind me. We finally drove away with our food at 8:10pm. I can not believe it took almost an hour. There should be a sign warning people the wait could exceed 30 mins and there is no way out of the drive thru . The food was cold. The staff was rude and didn't seem to care how slow they were. I will not be returning or recommending taco bell
The wait time at this location for me tonight was over 30 minutes before I could even order anything! It triggered my anxiety because I was trapped. there's no way to get out of the drive-thru line once you get in it! I had minor surgery yesterday and was having some pain tonight and was looking for a quick dinner option and this was not it!!! I do not recommend Taco bell! I will not be ordering or eating from here again! This place sips major pond water.
