Walked in and immediately got a dirty look by the woman with headphones on while working. The young man paid NO attention and continued to change garbage bags. Both looked annoyed I was even in there and NOT ONCE acknowledged me
Abraham was about as kind as you can find. Was passionate about the menu and explaining to me different types of meats. Got to know he used to also work at a deli, where I assume he grew this passion. Great employee, made the process enjoyable.

They have ordered online twice now and I notice it’s a thing they do…. They like to leave out items that cost extra but still charge you for them. They won’t give a refund after or give you the proper item. Instead they suggest you come back and order again so they can fix it next time. This is unacceptable.
