“This is my "go-to" place for Chinese food in the area. Typically I order delivery, although occasionally I'll pick up my order if I'm out (they haven't been able to offer dine-in since the COVID lockdown). Most times my food is delivered in less than 20 minutes from when I placed the order. If it's longer, then I know they're slammed with orders and don't mind as delay is very rare. When I call, my order is taken quickly in a pleasant and professional way. Their delivery driver, Keith, is great! Super nice and always ensures my food arrives safely. When I open that big brown bag of yumminess, the food is always hot and the containers are filled to the max. For me, each dish is flavorful and filling. I especially like the flavor of the pork fried rice. Their chicken chow mein and roast pork with bean sprouts are my favorites. I also alternate between the beef teriyaki and the sweet and sour chicken. The General Tso's Chicken is also great, as is the green pepper steak with onion!The thing that impresses me the most is how hard working the staff are. They are super appreciative of their customers and do their best to please their patrons. I greatly appreciate their dedication and great food. I'm glad they are nearby to provide great food at a reasonable price.“
“I will not order Chinese or Sushi anywhere else. The owner goes out of his way to make sure that I am happy, that my order is correct. He has personally called me back to even double check that he had everything perfected. I can not say enough positive things about this restaurant or the ownership. We will be lifelong customers. However, just looking around the restaurant, felt a little blah, depressing. Looked like they had a nice takeout business going, so I'd try that in the future.“
“As a local, I have always loved Rubys. I always order online and the service is super quick. The general tso's chicken is amazing. Their dinner specials are a good price and come with fried rice and an egg roll. You can substitute rice for lo mein too. We got a free item which was the spring rolls and they are delicious as well. Definitely give it a try!“
“Excellent value, other restaurants in the area charge the same if not more for sub-par quality. A good bellwether I find is crab Rangoon. Theirs is seemingly fresh and not frozen. Always fast and friendly service, I only wish they’d reopen the dining room. Otherwise, the best option in this part of town for quality affordable takeout of any kind.“

“When living in South Windsor for years we used to always get our Chinese from SunSun. We always got delivery.I remember, delivery always used to get there quickly food was hot. Food was always excellent! I was recently driving by and was thinking about dinner. I said that's where sun ☀️ is. I stopped for takeout. Typical 15 minute wait. I must admit. They still have the best Chinese food around. If you haven't tried them I highly recommend. Also I couldn't believe the operation. They're so busy they have which appears to be a couple of college kids working the front taking orders. Excellent service all the way around! The only downfall I could see or actually feel. Please turn up the heat in the waiting area. Lol. Once again your food is excellent! Service is excellent!I will be back.“
