Today was my first and likely last time visiting this establishment. We arrived, put our name in, and were told to let the staff know once the rest of our party arrived—which we did. When everyone was present, we were told it would be about a 15-minute wait. I also made a point to let the staff know that my son is autistic, as he was visibly stimming while we waited.

Dear Mitchell’s Management,
I visited your establishment for the first time today and was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior I encountered. I arrived early and waited outside with another veteran, only to be met with attitude by the staff member opening the front. When we asked to use the bathroom and get food, she responded curtly, saying, “We open when I want. You can go somewhere else.”
