I agree with the last few reviews. My wife placed an online order for us. She went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door saying they were out of rice. The order wasn't fulfilled, and there was no heads up. She asked them if they could make it without rice and was told to get in the back of the line, or make a request online for a refund. She got in line because she didn't want the headache of dealing with trying to get a refund. When it was finally her turn she found out they were out of steak that we ordered, so we had to get chicken. When we ate it the chicken was so burnt it was disgusting. I think they should at least call if they are unable to make your order, or it should say something online.

This is the worst Chipotle location. Tonight I placed an order online for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant I was informed that didn’t have rice due to equipment failure, and they could not complete the order. I would need to request a refund through the website. After about 10 minutes of chatting with a bot, I was connected to a live agent and was issued a refund. The time before this, I went and they were out of meat. The time before that, my order was all together incorrect. I know it’s hard to get staff and keep them, but pay your people appropriately and treat them well and you might be surprised how many of them hang around. Also, have someway that the restaurant can update patrons that their order can’t be completed so they don’t have to leave their house to be left disappointed. It’s frustrating and I’m just done with Chipotle. I won’t be spending anymore of my money at any of their restaurants.Reading through all the other reviews here I’m not odd man out on this. Hop on over to Chick-Fil-A instead.

I go into this restaurant several evenings a week to pick up food for my children. Lately, when I have been arrivng, my orders are not ready or are made incorrectly. What’s more concerning though is the fact that this establishment is dirty. The garbage pails are overflowing, there is food on the ground, the ice machine doesn’t work, they never reorder hard shell tacos, utensils are not replenished for customers, there are no napkins in the dispensers, and perhaps most concerning….i watched an employee take a huge handful of cheese in his hands and walk it across the work floor to put it in the metal dispenser where the “to go” orders are prepared. This is a health hazard and I hope the Wallingford Health department takes note. I have reported these issues to corporate several times and nothing changes. My recommendation would be….stay away if you can.

Whenever my wife and I order on the mobile app from this Chipotle, our orders are never on time or have missing ingredients/items without any warning from the staff.The food itself is usually pretty typical for Chipotle but the long waits and order mistakes make for a poor experience.One time our mobile order was over half an hour behind and others had still been waiting even longer than us and the in-person line was to the door. We wound up chatting with Chipotle support, got a refund,and left.

Zero stars! Easily and by FAR the worst Chipotle in existence. (Plus Pancheros down the road does it better for half price) These brats will ask you several times what you want, you still won't get it. They'll put their ice cold 'queso' on 9 out of 10 times and charge you a dollar, whether you like it or not. Half filled burritos with a pinch of protein leaking cold greasy juice everywhere. Disgraceful, the youth of today. The companies with management that respondeds to tons of reviews with lame lip service (Like this one), but will never change the experience are the ABSOLUTE WORST!! Stuff your sorries in a sack, Chipotle 'Business customer service'

Very dirty! Employees standing around playing on their phones. Manager came out to fix a register and overlooked the filth in the dining room. After fixing the register she went into the back room. I tried to get a hold of corporate and I didn’t have any luck. I am totally disgusted with this company. All I can think about is how much these workers are making.I will never eat there again! It was disgusting. I wish I could post the pictures I took to prove what I am saying.

I went there Sunday night and when I walked in to order there were people waiting for their orders with angry faces and complaining about how long they have been waiting ,so I turned around and walked out with out ordering even though I was hungrier than a hostage.

Place is always a complete madhouse.... the most disorganized chipotle I have ever seen.Garbages over flowing, pick up ordered never ready, no napkins, place has no structure at all. WillNot visit this location again

took 30 minutes to get through the line, barely put any queso on my bowl and it costs $2 to add it. no ice in fountain machine and no bottled drinks in cooler. the area for napkins and utensils was disgusting covered in food and trash. the employees seem to have no care in the world just throwing everyone's orders together. the online orders were waiting longer then me and the building was filled with customers waiting for their orders.

Placed an order, got a pick up time of 630pm. I got there at 640pm to pick up. No order, but there was a line of over six people waiting for orders. Line out the door, and just four workers (who had no customer service skills at all). No interaction, no "oh hey we are running behind, it'll be this much longer". After a few minutes I went up to the register and the guy tells me that I have to talk to the mobile guy ( and points to the guy in the corner). They were so backed up it was insane. Mobile ordering should have been turned off. I waited 655pm, 25 minutes after the time I order was supposed to be done, then they announce they are out of white rice. At that point I went to the register and asked for my money back because it's ridiculous. They told me I had to call the 1800 number to get my money back. The restaurant was a mess, food all over the counters. Why isn't there a supervisor there if it's that busy in a Saturday night. No idea if this is the standard at Chipotle, but McDonald's has better service than this.

Hard rice, burnt chicken, tiny portion when ordering through doordash pick up, and the dinning area was a mess... im not a karen i kid you not every table had little bits of food on them, napkins on a couple tables and food on some of the floor, this location used to be good but has gone downhill substantially....
