I order for delivery from here all the time. It's always quick and easy and the food is overall great. However, lately the quality has been declining. I used to often order chicken tenders and lately not as much as they've been over cooking them. They should be golden, not dark brown. Today, I got two pieces that were cooked perfectly, though the other three were visibly darker and very chewy. I hope this is something that can be fixed as I love ordering from here.

I have always had a favorable experience at Silver Sands. That being said, today, I ordered two appetizers (fried mozzarella and BBQ meatballs). Not only did I wait for an extremely long time for my order, but I paid $20+ for frozen meatballs and frozen mozzarella sticks. The meatballs were not the same ones offered in their grinders, and I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. After paying an upfront tip,I felt that I could have driven up the road to Dollar Tree and got the same thing for $4.00! ?

Order here a lot when working in in the Cheshire prison but usually call separate of the jobs order since it takes forever to receive and doesn't come till it's to late for me to eat called in 1/1/2 early to receive separate and earlier ....and to save money they bunch up the call ins with the group order so I waited 2 hours to receive my food and when I called I was told that's how they do it even thoe I told the man I ordered with I don't want to wait I'm paying for my food which was 38.00 that alone warrants my own delivery so won't be ordering from them anymore .....lastly the female employee I called to check in my order had a little attitude like it wasn't her problem and blamed the other employee that took my order just to avoid this happening again I'll just find other means of food for work and see if it works out for the job to try new places for the group order

I called in an order for a special that they offer that comes with a small tray of chicken parm with pasta, a large salad and garlic knots for $35. After I placed the order they called me back to tell me the pasta isn’t included and would be another $35 for a tray of just angel hair pasta. I told them I’ve never heard of chicken parm not coming with pasta and I’ve ordered this before (probably 10 times) but I couldn’t pay $60 for a $40 meal and they didn’t care . Oh well.

Utterly and offensively slow delivery time. An hour and 50 minutes for 2 salads and a soup. We called after 75 minutes and were told it was on the way. 35 minutes later that was clearly a lie. We ordered elsewhere and the second order arrived quicker. Sitting here finishing my other meal still waiting for this delivery driver to show up at my house. They charged us in full and never even offered to compensate for any of the trouble after having to call 3 times over nearly 2 hours.

I am a big believer in giving credit where credit is due. I can't say enough about Silver Sands restaurant in Wallingford. Tonight we had their Chicken Marsala. I have had this numerous times and it is delicious. The chicken is so tender and flavorful with the mushrooms in sauce, outstanding fresh made rolls and a fresh salad. The prices are reasonable considering other restaurants in the area. We have had other dishes there, all good, and they have a big variety of items to make from. A good place for great food.
Best pizza in Wallingford. Can’t beat there thin crust.

Let me start with what I ordered. I ordered a party sized pizza which is twenty seven dollars. I ordered with sausage and meatball on one half.the other half i simply wanted half with broccoli and half plain cheese. Rather than the whole half be broccoli. Now I think it's a simple request. And I'm told by the women on the phone and i quote "oh she wont do that". First off whom is she? Second off....i said....so she cant sprinkle.broccoli on one corner for me? ....to which the lady on the phone chuckled and said "oh she wont do that". Never bothered to ask whoever this "she" person is. Ended up getting half broccoli and half meat. The pizza is absolutely great here, but the customer service is terrible. Whoever answers the phone's needs a lesson in the customer is always right. Especially if they aren't even going to ask the cook while they are on the phone, whether or not they are willing to do something for a customer. If my request was gonna grossly impact, anybody's ability to do their job in an efficient way or to make money....pizza is the wrong business for these guys. Unwilling completely. Bad enough with tip i paid 36$ and my 10 year old is plucking broccoli off her 1/4 of the pie....SMH
