I tried this restaurant based on a Yelp review by someone who said the food is as good as Hartford food. It's not. I ordered the oxtail, and I don't know what region the cook is from, but never before have I tasted sweet oxtails. There was a good amount of heat, and the portion was good as well. If not for that cloying taste, they probably were well seasoned. I have lived in Waterbury for almost four years, and I have yet to have any really good food anywhere, except for some Chinese food.

Give this place a chance if you haven’t. Wow I loved every bite of the food. This is why hole in the wall places are the best. The staff are very nice and the food is great. Definitely a new favorite take out spot. Generous portions too!

Stumbled on this place by accident, but I am sure glad I did. The food was fantastic. We had some goat curry, snapper, j*** chicken and oxtail. All were real fresh and tasty. Will 100% be back the next time I'm in the area. If you haven't been here, you need to!
