Excellent restaurant. The staff is awesome. The food is delicious. The chef went out of his way to make me a dish that was not on the menu. Our waitress Alexis must have told him that I had asked if they served shrimp parmesan. She suggested the shrimp linguini. The chef prepared the dish for me which was very caring, it made me feel so special. I highly recommend Ria's Restaurant in Waterbury, CT.

Just visited Ria's Restaurant. It was such a lovely and relaxing place. The wait staff is excellent. The chef went out of his way to make me a shrimp parmesan. I was actually surprised because I had asked Alexis the waitress if they served shrimp parmesan and of course they didn't but she suggested a shrimp linguine. I decided to just order gnocchi.
