The staff not only messes up your order, and if you complain, they are very snotty. Have had multiple problems at the drive thru. The last time I was there, I got home and there was no cream cheese on my bagel.

Every time I go to this dunkin they ALWAYS mess up my order. They either make the wrong size, hand me someone else’s order, over toast my bagel and never fail to forget the ketchup I ask for. Not only do they mess up my order on the daily- they have messed up large family orders over $24. There has not been one time where my order was accurate, which is super frustrating because this dunkin is on my way to work and basically everywhere I go. I have given this dunkin numerous chances and after messing up my order once more, I will never go here ever again. I will drive out of my way to go to the dunkin down the road near the 84 entrance.
What can I say Dunkin Donuts is the best coffee in the world formation point! And their breakfast sandwiches are excellent I haven't had one bad thing from there. So that's why they're getting my five stars and always will get five stars from me
