We found this place because the wife had a staff dinner to attend here. The staff at Signatures was the best, very attentive and fun to interact with. I had the Filet Mignon, and it was by far one of the top 3 I have ever had. Apps were great and the bartender made awesome drinks. We're glad we found this place, and we'll certainly be back.

Signatures Restaurant never disappoints. My family and I have dinned here for years and will continue to come back. The food is delicious, the portions are large enough to fill you up and still have enough for lunch the next day! The staff is so warm and truly feel like family! You can tell they do all their tasks with the customer in mind. The private room is a great space for a private event or party too! 100% recommend for a date night or event!!

As a person of color, don't be lulled by a facetious invite to come eat by their barfly/friend who answers their phone. You may have to be reminded of what the N word is comparable to in Italian (eggplants right?) Yeahhh no. No thanks, and the worst part is the food isn't bad, but my money will never return. There's no space for micro racial aggressions. I wasn't even going to share this experience because it was during holidays, but I'm tired of these disgusting character types and Waterburys stronghold of Italian racists.

We came to dinner with friends last night . I had the Rack of Lamb, my husband had the Prime Rib, and our friends had the Baked Stuffed Shrimp. Everything was Delicious! Rene was our waitress, not only did she give us great service, but she had us laughing all night. People were looking at us. Fine with me. Thanks Rene for making our night Memorable!! The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was priced well. We spent about 40 per person based on the fact we had cocktails.Parking: The parking is street parking with some meters. We went at night so there was plenty of spots and we didn't have to feed the meter. This may not be the case during the day as the restaurant is in close proximity to a lot of offices and the court house.

My wife and I don't eat out all that often, but often enough over the past forty-plus years to know good service from poor. This was hands-down the best dining experience we've ever had! Attentive, friendly, just the right amount of table visits to keep us served without being intrusive about it. The atmosphere was great, and the food piping hot and delicious. Our meal choices were the Surf and Turf for my wife, and the Pork Osso Buco over Mushroom Risotto for myself. This was prior to a show at the Palace Theater, and they have a "Show Night" menu specifically for such occasions. We will definitely be back!
