Let me tell yall…. I ordered a Crunchwrap wit potatoes added on.. for an extra charge. And then they didn’t even give me no meat. And I ordered a soft taco but I got delivered a bean burrito of some sort?? absolutely terrible yall need to go through training again.

Taco Bell has gone downhill, and this one Is bad. 2nd time I have been here In some months, and for my last time some items have a bad stale taste to them. Also there Is usually no one at counter since It seems they want you to use the kiosk. Then when you do half the time you have to give email or text to get a receipt, which doesn't work. How hard Is It to have a printer for customers to have a copy. This company has cut so many corners to save money and we are the ones losing out. Taco Bell your at the bottom of my list. Real Dissapointed

If I could give this a negative star I will. I blame the manager and the staff for the lack of customer service. I've placed an online order that never said completed. so I went to the store to figure out whats taking so long, only to find out they said someone with the same name has already taken the order. so I'm mind boggled and said did you ask for proof of purchase and the kid just looks dumb founded as well as the manager. To add insult they didn't even wanna fix this issue that they had created. now Im on hold for over and hour with customer service ,what kind of staff is running this place I will never return to this store. unFu**ingBelievable .
