I could smell this place as soon as I walked into the mall! The aroma of cinnamon filled the halls so pleasantly. It invited me right over to the counter. Running on no energy and craving something sweet, this was a perfect pitstop. There were several employees making fresh new rolls and helping serve the line, and they all were so helpful. Good teamwork and positive attitudes were nice to indulge in, too. I ordered an iced coffee and the only thing I can say was that I wasn't a true fan of it already be premixed because i like my coffee on the darker side, but it turned out to be good. They even added a touch of whipped cream to the top, which was nice. All the treats looked so yummy, and I've never been disappointed by those!

The Staff……. As I get older I wonder if I was like this when I was younger and working. Not bad life but they didn’t respect the fact they had customers. Talked to each other the whole interaction.Why 4 Stars? Cause the Cinnabon was delicious.

I was out and about yesterday, when I got the call. My wife and 9 year old son were looking at a catalog that had pictures of Cinnabon. My son wanted to try Cinnabon for the first time and they wanted to know if I could drive to Westfarms while I was out. Do you need an excuse to go to Cinnabon? Well, apparently - yes - because I haven't had Cinnabon in years and I don't often go to the Mall. I re-worked my plans and zipped over to Westfarms. I ordered warm mini-Cinnabons because they were out of full size and I didn't want the cold pre-packaged ones. (If you're doing Cinnabon, you gotta do it right). I also ordered a deconstructed Cinnabon in a paper bowl type thing that seems to be some sorta new innovation in the Cinnabon world. Was it the best dessert ever? No. But it's warm, stretchy, doughy, sweet and of course cinnamony goodness. It brings back memories of being a kid when Cinnabon at the mall was in fact one of the best dessert treats ever. You can't overthink Cinnabon - 4 Stars.

Very disappointed. Bought four kids size ice cream and guy named Michael charged me for regular. When I told him that he is changing me wrong price he said it is tax unbelievable.

The kids working here are rude and don't care about their jobs. I asked for help for a solid 5 minutes before asking if I wasn't in line and that's why I was being ignored. The girl with the glasses behind the counter just shrugged and walked off.... I left.I wish I could give 0 stars.

The service I got from the Cinnabon West Hartford location was phenomenal! Lissette, the store manager and her crew did an amazing job preparing my take out catering order. The cinnabons where a big hit, as we served them as a surprise instead of cake for my daughters birthday; because she is crazy about cinnabons!

I love the Cinnabon’s and the vibrant hardworking crew members at the store. Jorge and Michael are the guys who helped me with my order and definitely made me leave with a smile on my face. Thanks to those two guys I will definitely be back.
