Little Beet is located in a plaza with plenty of parking. The restaurant has a simple, but colorful storefront. On the inside "minimalism," is the first thing that comes up in my mind. The interior looks clean and simple. I ordered 2 bowl to go. The food is fresh, flavorful, light, but filling. I enjoy their concept, and the simplicity of their menu makes it easy to order the Chef Crafted Bowls or make your own plate. Little Beet is a cool spot to get some healthy and tasty food.

The food is out of this world! Had some lunch delivered to the office today and boy was I so impressed by the food. The sweetpotatoes tasted great. The chimichurry sauce was so good I wanted to buy a container of it and the salmon was cooked to perfection. Will be returning!

This location has serious issues with its food safety and quality. We’ve tried the food here 5 times as a family and each time is worse than the next. Most recently my family member had to throw away their meal due to rotten (yes rotten) ingredients. This is so sad and unfortunate because we desperately need allergen safe dining options. Just terribly disappointed. We will no longer patronize this business, which is also sad.

Little Beet is the most empathetic and accommodating restaurant in Southern Connecticut for people with food allergies. I am raising a boy with egg, wheat, and peanut allergies and I can always count on this place to make my son feel safe. I am so thankful for this place!

I've been coming up to this lunch nugget for the past 6 months. I'm in Westport nearly every week and if it is around lunch time, Little Beet is a great place to come to.I'm surprised ratings are not higher.The food is superb. I alternate between the Beet Falafel bowl, Paleo bowl, and the Chef's Soup bowl which is butternut squash poured over roast chicken with rice and other healthy greens. The food is delicious. Often i pick up lunch to bring to one of my kids when i head south. David is the general manager and a very nice guy. He remembers my name, they bring the food to the table if you eat inside. During warmer weather, there is a nice patio with tables to sit at. Chavis is one of the regulars i run into behind the counter. I am always treated with a nice smile, great service and terrific food!I'm pretty picky and have written my fair share of negative reviews for places that deserve to be called out. Little Beet is a gem and a highly recommend
