I've been coming up to this lunch nugget for the past 6 months. I'm in Westport nearly every week and if it is around lunch time, Little Beet is a great place to come to.I'm surprised ratings are not higher.The food is superb. I alternate between the Beet Falafel bowl, Paleo bowl, and the Chef's Soup bowl which is butternut squash poured over roast chicken with rice and other healthy greens. The food is delicious. Often i pick up lunch to bring to one of my kids when i head south....read full review
The food is quite tasty and enjoyable. It’s healthy and nice feel good meal. HOWEVER - it’s expensive for the portion you get. The portion size is small and dismal. I really wish portion size matches the $20 you shell out for a bowl of healthy veggies and proteins.

Little Beet is the most empathetic and accommodating restaurant in Southern Connecticut for people with food allergies. I am raising a boy with egg, wheat, and peanut allergies and I can always count on this place to make my son feel safe. I am so thankful for this place!
