I normally never complain but a woman took my order, I was standing waiting for my coffee several people got their order. I go to the counter to ask them about my coffee and they got defensive and continued to say that didn’t see me over the counter.
It’s seem every Dunkin’ can’t get your order right. When you repeat back cream cheese I expect cream cheese.
Worst customer service EVER! Management, please, please, please hire people that have at least ONE ounce of pride in the work that they do or in the very least provide your employees with enough training to:
1. Not offend a customer by ignoring them, not greeting them, and/or saying things through the drive through mic while the mic is still on.
2. Provide the correct order to a paying customer...especially at the drive through....you know, so they don't have to...read full review
