I'm a firm believer that unless your memory is unwaiveringly accurate 100% of the time, waiters and waitresses should probably write down the order and read it back to you to confirm everything. My order was wrong but fixable but not my wife's order. She didn't eat at all.except.for the chips and queso. The manager was apologetic and did discount the meal while removing the cost of my wife's meal altogether but never came back with my daughter's drink. Otherwise, the food was hot and good, just make sure your order is verified.

I will grant you that I ordered through uber eats, but my entire order was wrong... and then it was terrible.I ordered a santa fe salad with ancho salmon and received a dry, unseasoned piece of salmon atop some sort of rice bowl that contained neither all the components of a santa fe salad, nor, as far as I can tell, any of their menu rice bowls.Upon attempting to make the most of my incorrect meal, it was abhorrently bad in all respects.Dry, unpleasant rice with corn salsa that tasted off at best and the tiniest ammount of cheddar cheese with some haphazard chunks of totally unripe avocado...

The food was great the server kept refilling my drink and when I didn’t like the meal I ordered they got me another meal but the thing I didn’t like where is I went to the bathroom and a worker came in I was on the toilet he just looked at me werid and I think that’s disrespectful cause I’m just doing my business but everything else was so great

Service was ok, the food was not. Had to be the worse over cooked burger I’ve ever had. My cheese was even burnt all the way and hard. So hard I thought I they placed bacon on my burger, no….it was cheese. Whoever was on the grill tonight, needs remedial training. Only took one bite.

Was there today with wife and 2 kids. Everything was good until our food was brought out. Waiter never came to the table again. I saw him grab his jacket and put it back a few time. We received refills and had to asked someone else for a to go box. Manager was walking around on his cell phone. Service here has gone downhill, not my first bad experience. I highly recommend a management change.

The food and service was excellent, the place was extremely clean and all of the servers were pleasant. I had a server come over to me because I didn't have anything to drink and ask do you want anything to drink, this was amazing to me because it was not my server. I would recommend Chili's highly.
