“We just had the most delicious dinner at Nolis. Haven’t been there in awhile, & it was the best experience. We had Asian wings to start, which were outstanding. The garlic knot rolls were amazing also. We had veal Parmesan & veal Marsala, both of which were extra delicious. Big portions of both, so half came home with us to enjoy tomorrow. We are looking forward to a return visit in the near future.“
“I went to John's for the 1st time ever, bought some lung repair, I was 3.00 short because i was using a gift card, he said happy new year and gave it to me, out 3.00 in from his tips. I can't say enough about him, that was awesome. I ended up with covid and just started using the oil, so far it seems to be helping and fast! I'd love to hear other reviews also!“
“We completely enjoyed our first visit to Geppetto on Valentines day. The atmosphere, my wife pointed out, seemed to make Connecticut disappear and Italy appear in it's place. The menu is comfortable and small which we like because it says that real care will be taken with your meal...and this was clearly the case with each of two courses we enjoyed. The grilled octopus and my wife's Quail antipasto were prepared perfectly. The bucatini all'Amatriciana and lamb was fantastic and delivered hot and delicious. We shared a blueberry tart type dessert. Thanks also to Jenna for her great service, we left with smiles on our faces and intentions to return again.“
“My experience at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. It is nice to see a family restaurant with nothing but happiness and hard work. Mensur (general manager) was very professional and makes you feel as though you are appreciated not just as a customer but as a person. He does an amazing job accommodating whatever it is you need. The food was spectacular. Each bite was a huge hit of different flavors but it was not too overwhelming. Great place, beautiful food, spectacular service. Definitely will be returning. “The food was decent ( we had cheese ravioli with marinara and chicken frances) but overpriced for what is was. The marinara sauce was a little watery so the ravioli just kind of sat on top of it but it had decent flavor.The salad was fresh and the bread was good too. The waitress was friendly.“
“The place is amazing. Everyone had a smile on their face. Their meatball grinder was delicious. One of the best I've ever had and their chocolate chip cookies are bangin'! I will definitely go there again! The photos that are up on the walls are amazing as well. Great place to get food!!“
“Some of the best food I've eaten since leaving NYC. The veal was delicious, the marinara sauce, Perfect! Blue cheese dressing on the salad -Deliziosa. Italian bread warmed perfectly, butter softened, NOT hard as a brick(that's always annoyed me!!). Subdued lighting, and a very nice atmosphere. Service was top notch. My only gripe is this... We sat(4 of us) at a table surrounded by 2, maybe 3 Large parties of 6+ people, and it was difficult to hear our own conversation... Didn't matter while we were eating...we were much too busy enjoying the food. Excellent work Mario's chef's, and staff. EXCELLENT WORK! This restaurant will be added to our regular, and favorite places for Italian food. They also have steaks, and burgers too. .....Till next time.Parking: Unless you are fortunate, be prepared for a bit of a walk. There is parking on the street in front of the restaurant, across the street from the restaurant, and surrounding area. It's not a difficult walk, and WORTH it!“
