“So the last time I went this dunkin’ was about 2 months ago, and the fact i still think about this specific location should say enough. I went to this dunkin’ regularly before work to get food and a drink, and sometimes a donut. On a special day, I decided to get a donut, and it was the best thing I’ve ever had. I get the chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles , call me a child I don’t care. Anyways, no other dunkin’ has topped the way that donut made me feel. The fact it was filled with chocolate sprinkles on the top completely and had the frosting dripping down its donut-hole ussy ,was immaculate. I never enjoyed any other donut as much as that time ever since, and its sad. Ily tho , I’ll be back soon.“

“Really helpful, patient staff when putting together a larger order of perfectly made baked goods. Their bismarks stand out as exceptional in a group of really wonderful options. “Tried the frozen Mac n cheese and it was absolutely delish! My son who is very picky had three helpings. Probably the best we’ve had. We miss the seafood newburg. We were told it was not a good seller. It is a must try if they put it out again. You don’t know what you are missing. The flavors are unbelievable!“
“The bakery is clean and always fully staffed! My Husband loves the sugar free turnovers! We appreciate that they usually have the sugar free alternatives, as He is diabetic! They also do cupcakes and cakes! I would get there early, on the weekends, for the best selection! The only thing that bothered Me, that I recently found out, was that they freeze the cupcakes! They are still good but I'm thinking that may be why they are sometimes a little off!“

“This is the BEST Dunkin in CT. They remind you why you go there in the first place. The staff is always friendly, my coffee is always perfect, the donuts are fresh and loaded with sprinkles and the food is delicious and made to perfection. I have not had one bad experience. “First Dunkin I have been to where they have kiosks to order your items. It was so easy to navigate and I didn't have to interact with anyone. The server made the coffees and put them on the counter for us. There were several tables inside to sit at & since I was on a date we decided to hang out inside Dunkin for a bit. It was quiet which was nice (it was around 6:30pm-7pm on a Friday)The only negative thing I can say is that all the tables inside were dirty. It looked like there were only 2 workers and I don't recall if this had a drive-thru but I know Dunkin employees have long lists of duties they need to address while taking and making customers orders so it's possible they just didn't get the chance to address the tables during my time there.Parking: Parking right in front of entrance to Dunkin and goes the length of the Plaza it is part of.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love donuts!?“
“Yesterday on 01/04 I walked in around 630am for a couple sandwich’s and oj. The place was very busy in drive thru and some people waiting for their purchases in the lobby. This woman and daughter was at the counter all upset bc she had to go to work. Another lady walked in and asked the girl in the photo below how much longer is it going to take it’s been 15 mins already. (Family member)The tone and the expletive words that came out of her mouth was very impolite. So I yelled great job staff you guys are doing the best you can. So the lady left without her food. Today 01/05 I walk in and here is the same lady with her daughter asking them for free food bc she left yesterday bc she had to go to work and continued to say I was the one that made her leave and bc the food took some time! I literally laughed and couldn’t believe this woman literally blamed a total stranger that applauded the staff as to why she left. Her and her daughter began to yell at me, curse, and threaten me. It’s all on Dunkin’ Donuts camera and I can play a video on my phone about how nasty these individuals were but it’s very embarrassing. I called corporate, filed a police report as well. Nasty people don’t need to hurt in any way people trying their best to service you!“
“Great Dunkin! My order is usually accurate, the couple of times they've done green tea instead is lemonade for my refresher they've fixed it without issue. I usually do pickup through the app and it's always ready! Staff is very friendly as well!!“

“I find it funny that this branch is mostly run by teenagers and has consistently been the BEST Dunkin I have ever been to. Consistent food and coffee every single morning before work and I appreciate that so much, I drive a little out of my way to come here. Give them all a raise“
“Went through the drive thru, cashier was very nice. I get a modification on my favorite drink and they did it with no problem. The price was also about 50 cents cheaper than other locations so that was nice.The parking lot was very clean and the building looked to be in good condition. Will be back!“
