Larger than it looks from the outside, this is a down to earth french restaurant. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. Before you make a decision on your meal, wait to hear what the specials -- we had a few at our table that made last-minute changes! We had a white Rhone wine that was delicious. The servings are tasty and ample. The upstairs Is a little quieter, although while lively, it id not overly noisy in any location

Very good food. "Classic" bistro dishes (on the left side of the menu) not found elsewhere. Bistrot Lepic and La Piquette, its nearby sister restaurant, are both worth regular return visits.

Great food as always. I live in the neighborhood and this is a comforting place to stop and enjoy. Music was also exceptional. It was a Wednesday night and a duo was playing... Barbara (singer) and a bass accompanist. Excellent, and they weren't miked too loud so we could enjoy the music but also talk.

A small, comfortable spot for lunch or dinner - and I have never in 20 years had a poor experience there - the owner is wonderfully hands on, the servers are knowledgeable and helpful, the wine list is extensive and the food is invariably well-prepared and beautifully presented. Finish your meal with a serving of ile flottante and a perfect cappuccino.

I've never had a bad experience at Lepic, and this as always was a lovely evening with delicious food, excellent but not overpowering service, and just the right amount of noise and ambience.

A delightful luncheon with old friends enjoying delicious food served expertly in a charming atmosphere. The seasonal cassoulet was rich and warming on a chill day. The halibut perfectly cooked with attractive sides. We are so grateful to have this restaurant in neighborhood for so many years.

We are regular client. We chose to be there on Valentine's Day. But it was a complete disappointment. Unfortunately, the dishes on the fixed menu were not equal to the bill paid in terms of taste quality and variety.

The food is delicious, and the menu has options for vegetarians and pescatarians as well as meat lovers. The wine choices are also excellent. The service is efficient and warm and friendly.

The best meal in 2024 so far. It feels like fancy homecoming. The service was fast (well trained). The ambience is appropriate, giving European flair. My duck was a perfect bland and it felt like could eat it every day for a long time. Perfect winter meal. Escargot, for the ones who like it (like sauna, people love it or hate it but a no middle) - it was absolutely perfect and I used all wonderful bread to scoop all garlic/basil sauce where escargot was baked in. I loved it.

The service was excellent; the ambiance was pleasant other than noisy children I can't complain about. The food and wine were only OK at a pretty high price. Wines by the glass for $15 were not great. The Restaurant Week menu looked temptiing but the food was only OK. The pig feet appetizer was actually a deep-fried fritter containing chopped pork that I didn't finish. The grilled beef dish ($10 extra) was a small portion of good quality well-prepared beef with an overly salty and otherwise not-so-great sauce. The bread served with the meal was good, but slightly stale. The fruit tart dessert seemed like something from Trader Joe's. Overall, OK but not great for the price. To the positive, it was a good setting for a pleasant social visit.

On our latest trip to Georgetown, we passed by Bistrot Lepic and wanted to give it a try. Since it was restaurant week they didn't show any available reservations online but when we called they said we could get a table as long as we could be done in an hour. I'm definitely glad we called because it was a great restaurant week value. The stair appetizer for me was the escargot. Great flavor! They give you thick fluffy bread at the beginning of the meal and it's great to dip in the sauce. My fave main was the potato cruses salmon. Nice crisp coating and a perfectly cooked inside. We all had the passion fruit chocolate cake to end the day. Great service and good food. If you are near Georgetown and want some French food this place is for you!

Our review is mixed. We ordered the restaurant week special. The soup was carrot ginger. However, we were brought a very bland white soup, which turned out to be a very bland cauliflower soup. The endive salad was very slim and not much taste. The salmon was quite good. Service was very good, but overall food was disappointing.

Love this gem! Feels like an authentic French neighborhood Bistro you would find in France. We went for restaurant week and had some rare authentic French courses to choose from you wouldn't find at other local French restaurants in FC. Ambience is warm and attentive service. Love this is in my neighborhood!

From start to finish, we enjoyed every moment and every morsel. Natasha was attentive, but very professional. The gentleman that greeted, a was charming. We chose to start with an endive salad, the foi gras, and escargots. Their champagne was excellent. The trout almondine was perfect. My companion told me the chicken dish with curry was also very good. Finished with " Floating Island", magnificent! So very light and tasty. We look forward to returning.
