I had the cookie sandwich from here. The cookie was nice and soft, and the flavor of the rich chocolate did come through. The ice cream was even better, and it kind of felt hand-churned, which you could taste. It's cheaper than Insomnia from Georgetown, but it definitely beats that place.
I am the Events Coordinator at the Maryland SPCA in Baltimore. We asked Captain Cookie & the Milkman to join us at an event and I cannot recommend them enough. Communication was clear leading up to the event, they arrived on time, the customer service was fantastic, and the cookies were warm and DELICIOUS. I had a great experience with Monet and Neha. I had a stressful day and came in to get a treat and they were both so kind and accommodating. They answered all my questions patiently and were very welcoming.
