So are here due to a funeral service of a lost loved one we are from Massachusetts my husband and I went here today to get our baby fries who has a lot of allergies. We always get fries w/o salt due to the fact that he's a baby and we are health conscious. We were told that owner does not allow them to make fries w/o. We were very disappointed chikfila is one of the only fast food restaurants that my son can get fries from due to his allergies to soy and other things. We asked why and were told that it slows down the line so the owner does not allow that request. They also said they couldn't make our fries fresh either. Outside of this ridiculous situation and the fact that the owner is even allowed to deny request even when people have allergies the staff were kind and fast service. Deborah L Springfield MA

I ordered a sunjoy and dined in. When I asked for a refill, I was told they don’t do refills on the sunjoy. I said ok let me just get sweet tea then; oh we don’t do refills on sweet tea, unsweetened tea, or lemonade but you can get a soda. ? If I wanted soda, I would’ve order soda. Never have I ever been to a CFA where I was denied a refill of sunjoy or sweet tea.This location also doesn’t wipe down the tables and seats so on every table and seat there are crumbs everywhere.Looking at other reviews, it seems like they’re trying to cut corners to save a few dollars but you’ll lose customers over trivial things like refills and sauces

The big neck Hispanic manager and the large women working the drive thru with the locs are the sauce police over charging me for sauce, if they put as much effort into service then over charging for sauce the line wouldn’t be hanging in the street holding up

Visit this location all the time look at this chicken sandwich I purchase which they gave to me shame on you I spend $22 dollars and this piece of chicken is a small mess and it’s burned. Wish I can posted it and I will post this small piece of chicken doesn’t fit the bun. Never again going to the location in Laurel MD, better than this location. Always look at your food before you leave please they get you all the time. And left off that salt you’ll are going to give customers high blood pressure or high cholesterol. And customers can spend money but you don’t want to give only (2) sauce not enough and you know it. This location you need to do better and make fries with no salad it’s not hard to do cuz somebody is heavy handed on the salt. management sucks bad and they never take responsibility for anything when they get your order wrong.Dietary restrictions: No salt

Chic Fil A’s in DC are ALWAYS poorly ran and this one isn’t any different! I came to this location to grab lunch (a 3 count strip meal with no salt on the fries) and the young lady taking the orders stated that they don’t offer no salt options for the fries. I asked to speak with a manager (Janara) and she stated the same thing. Not once did they try to accommodate. She also stated that the owner Alan Thompson requires all orders to go out WITH salt. This is an unusual way of running business, but then again…location, location! I definitely won’t be back and I don’t anticipate this location to be here much longer due to the lack of customer service and inability to accommodate simple requests.
