I ordered salad no meat....got said salad with little pieces of meat on the salad. Spent 25 minutes picking the meat out. Fries was cold and my sister sandwich looked like someone crushed it then put it back together.
First time in this Chick-fil-A. Walked in and was the only customer at the time no one acknowledged me for like a minute all though there were 3 employees standing behind the counter that I'm sure saw me walk in . Well ordered and waited longer then usual . I guess I'm just not use to Chick-fil-A being like this they are always very welcoming and I didn't feel that way at this location

Never had an overcooked chicken sandwich at Chick-Fil-A, UNTIL yesterday at this DC location…. 3 chicken sandwiches and nuggets ALL overcooked. This location looks like a Chick-Fil-A, but the quality was definitely lacking.
