Not open to the public but my family and I were just lucky enough to run into a couple of kind Dunkin employees on a smoke break that told us to our surprise that that it wasn’t open to the public ( Department of Agriculture) but offered to bring out an order for us if we placed it online. Given our 3 starving kids, running late, and the great prices, we are so thankful for them.
I work in the building, so I have easy access. General public wouldn't have access unless they are escorted by an employee. The upside is there is rarely a line or wait. The donut selection is often limited though, since it's not open to the general public.
