I agree with the person who said it’s in a government building this person is right. I even asked a police officer and he didn’t know where the Dunkin was. Why have a Dunkin in this building? Unless they are part of the government. That’s why I am giving it a one star. If you are planning on visiting DC either go to Peet’s or a Starbucks there’s a Peet’s just cross the street from where the building is.
