Well, this was a nice surprise! Great service, great food, great drinks...and no challenges with finding a seat! I enjoyed the Tijuana street fries and salad - too much food for one person! But absolutely fresh and delicious. Maybe I didn't have enough room for the food after three lush dirty martinis. They were icy cold - frosting the glass and went down too well. A decent restaurant located within the Hilton Washington DC. Do note that there is currently construction going on inside the hotel including the restaurant but nevertheless, it did not interfere with our dining experience. Service was welcoming and attentive. Our beer was refreshing and the caprese flat bread was delicious with fresh baked crust, melted cheese, sweet tomatoes.

One of the best steaks I've had. I didn't expect much from a hotel, but they are definitely in my top 10, not top 5, but a solid top 10. Perfect seasoning and very juicy. No complaints.
