Case in point, never judge a book by its’ cover. DC is filled with nondescript brick buildings and you could easily walk by Firefly, but don’t. Make a reservation for brunch at this extremely well run and delicious neighborhood restaurant.
Went here on a Friday evening and sat at the bar. I enjoyed some apps and drinks. Cocktails were reasonably priced and well made. Everyone was very friendly. The appetizers were delicious. Highly recommend.

Meh. I should have listened to my first instinct and gone somewhere else when the bartender didn't understand my initial drink order (a bourbon neat). However, I thought I'd press on and I was extremely hungry due to not having lunch. I ordered the burger, and the server took a temperature of my preferred medium.
