The Las Vegas Roll was basically fried cream cheese, with not much else to the roll. The Market Roll was ok, but not something I would ever order again. I love sushi, and enjoy looking for new places to order from, but won't be ordering from here again. I basically took a few bites & through away the rest.

Recently ordered delivery from Isshin for a Mother's Day lunch. The GrubHub driver left off half the order and we wound up shorted a bunch of our food. Lunch was in jeopardy, but the good folks at Isshin promptly replaced the lost food at no expense. This was despite the fact it was not their error! Much appreciated, wonderful service. Will be ordering their fine sushi again. BTW the shashimi was perfectly fresh.

Ordered through Uber Eats , everything came exactly as ordered, they put attention to all the notes I've included. Everything was so good, and they have nice enough vegan options, which made me sooo happy :) Both my vegan self and my non vegan boyfriend really enjoyed the overall experience. Thumbs up big time .

I understand frozen sushi. It has to be thing for places without access to fresh seafood. However, I cannot understand clearly frozen nigiri from a place right next to the atlantic ocean. Their octopus feels like biting into ice cream which only sociopaths do. The rest of the asian fare is decent at best, but i've never had a piece of sashimi or nigiri from this place that didn't feel freshly thawed out.

Called for carry out during lunchtime, and ordered the sushi lunch special, veggie lo mein, and chefs special general tso's chicken w fried rice. Everything came out hot and delicious. I've been on a hunt for the best general tso's in the area and I finally found it!! All white meat, lightly breaded and coated in that delicious sauce. They also included two egg rolls and a salad in my meal! Everything came out to be under $30 with tip included, which is an awesome deal for the wonderful quality. I will be back soon!!! I only got a picture of the general tso's, everything else was eaten before I could take a pic

For 8 years I've searched for good Sushi/Chinese delivery, and I'm so glad I found Isshin. My favorite in all of DC. Flavorful & good portions. I order delivery from them about once a month now. I just hope they never raise their prices (beyond reasonable cost of living/inflation adjustments) as that's the only reason I would stop ordering from them. It's already a tad expensive but worth it. Highly recommend

Our office orders from this restaurant everyday. Today we tried to place an order online, but it wouldn't allow us to do so, so we ended up calling. I was on the phone with a woman by the name of mae or nae. She took my order and gave me the total. I explained to her the amount is different from what shows up online. When I tried to go over the price of each item she became defensive and very rude. I told her all I wanted to do was confirm the amount I was being charged. She proceeded to yell at me and she continuously over-talked me. I asked for her name and the name of her manager. She would not give me the name of the manager and she told me the manager was not available then she hung up on me.

I really enjoy coming back here again and again for takeout. They have great variety and everything I have tried has been good. Definitely recommend.

Ever since moving I've been trying to find a good Chinese takeout place. Saw this when ordering delivery so decided to give it a try. I got the shredded chicken in garlic sauce and chicken lo mein. Delivery was easy and quick. The shredded chicken in garlic sauce was delicious! It does come with a side of white rice which wasn't mentioned when I was ordering online. It's not on the spicy side but still had a lot of flavor. The lo mein was ok, it seemed a little too salty and had a slightly weird aftertaste. Overall it's a good place to grab a quick dinner, or if you're craving Chinese.
