My first experience at District Jerk was I’m not the best. They seemed to be having a not so good night with the heat coming through the open walk up window competing with the AC and more orders than food. However, Manager Marissa completely turned the experience around. She asked to join us then took a seat at our table and talked to us and reassured us that that day was an anomaly. Great food, I ordered the pasta pasta (half n half) jerk chicken only, Mac n cheese, beef patty and Coco bread. The food that made it into the bag was very good. However, I wish I could comment on the Mac n cheese, but they never packed it.I downgraded this location for the following reasons:1- quality control - the restaurant should always ensure items paid for make it into the bag/shipment....always ensure your customer gets exactly what they paid for full stop.
