First, I'll admit, I did not eat here. No comments on the food, but if you ask me, bad customer service has made my food taste bad. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen.Back story: family is touring US capital. I wait because I have save some drinks(liquids) that can't go into the building. I have to use the bath room. I go a block up Independence Ave. and I see BiBiJa.I walk in and figure I'd buy a bottle of water, as I think this is the right thing to do.As he rings it up, I pull up my Apple Pay and then I ask, "do you have a bath room here". The guy at the register doesn't even respond, just points to the register and gestures to pay. I thought that was rude as f$&k. So I ask again, do you have a bathroom I can use. Again, doesn't say a word, points to the register and gestures to pay. If he responded with a simple yes, either time I asked, Everything would've been copacetic.Guy was rude as f$&k. I put the water bottle at the counter and told him to f-off, I'll go somewhere else.As I leave, I asked if he was Korean. I said I'm Korean, and called his a** a son-of-a-dog in Korean as I left.Jesus, I can't imagine what kind of food there serving if there customer service is this bad just for a bottle of water and a rest room.

Too poor of quality compared to high price.Customer service is subpar. The palm sized Korrito ended up costing more than $15 with little to no filling. Seriously, quantity sucks too! Dude, putting bit more rice wont cost you arm and leg. Not even meat!Much better Korean places, chain (Rice Bar) or small businesses (Manna Dosirak), to support in the area. Please do not waste your money here.Recommend 1/10.

Veggies were fresh but the meat was unidentifiable. After awhile I lost my appetite. The taste was eh. Wouldn't go there again. Staff could be more welcoming. A smile never hurt anyone.

I had a few minutes to grab lunch and was considering a food cart hot dog, but then noticed Let's Mix Bibija. It's a 'build-your-bowl' type restaurant, and once I saw "spicy pork" as an option I was set! But the "spicy pork" wasn't slices or chunks of pork but more like a stew made of ground pork. The other ingredients were as expected: rice, veggies...but then noticed an up-charge of $2 for a 1-ounce portion of kimchi. How can you eat Korean spicy pork without kimchi? So I agreed to the up-charge. The flavor was mostly mild...not like I anticipated. $13.50 (before tax and tip) seems a little overpriced for the bowl. Unlikely I'll return, and I honestly wish I'd gotten the hot dog from the cart.

Better try somewhere else.Went there for lunch after visiting congress.Service is unfriendly and not at all customer centric. Not rude but cold, unacomodating and unfriendly.Food is OK, mine was too "wet" making my rice mushy. Flavour wise it was good.Overall, I wouldn't visit this place again and rather have lunch somewhere else.

Awesome food and customer service! We ordered vegan kimchi bibimbap, teriyaki chicken bibimbap and spicy pork bibimbap. So tasty.

I can't handle spicy food that well, but this place was really good! Had build your own bibimbap, got the teriyaki chicken, brown rice and lots of vegetables with soy and sesame sauce. Got a fried egg too. Pretty good, not spicy and tasted good! No complaints.A homeless person did come in to ask me directly for money, but that's not the shop's fault but be aware.

Nice quick spot for lunch! I wish I'd chosen a more flavorful sauce than the soy sesame though. Friend thought it was perfect though. Very hearty portion and a filling lunch.

This was the best unexpected gem in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The food was great, kimchi is vegan and made in-house. The service was great, so friendly and helpful. And the ambiance was perfect, not super busy at this time and clean/open. Would return if I wasn't a tourist!

Looking for fast and healthy food, this is the place. The bowls are combination of protein, vegetables and grains. Also, they have vegan bow as well.Parking: Paid street parking in front of the restaurant if you are lucky to get it or you park far and walk towards it.

The pictures outside the restaurant - namely, the quesadilla - lured us in. The employee tried to dissuade us from getting the quesadilla but we persevered. It was a lot better than I expected (though slightly short of what I'd have idealized). A fine amount of cheese, and the variety of vegetable toppings really added to the flavor profile.

Great food and service! Very nice people there. My one suggestion is updating the chairs to be more comfortable.

The location is so appropriate. After visiting the Library of Congress, we got our lunch from here and it was filling! Nice clean restaurant with great kimchi. We got a vegan & a chicken bowl! I can say it’s a Korean version of Chipotle.

A short walk from The Capitol and The Congress Library, so very conveniently located. It is a good convenient food, various options to choose from and most were delicious. Not much of a decor inside.
