This was my first time trying Sweetgreen and I decided to create my own salad.I overdid it with the dressing, so I asked for more quinoa to balance it out. I offered to pay for that but was reassured that wouldn't be necessary. Larkia, the Sweetgreen manager, was fantastic, so helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed! Between going to The Capitol and going to the Holocaust museum it was lunch time . On the way to the metro train we stop at Sweetgreen Capitol Hill.There is a wide selection of salads. My brother and I had the Fish Taco Salad. My daughter introduced me to this chain and I loved it. It was better than a similar chain called just salad. The ingredients were very fresh and delicious and the staff amazing. They have salads and bowels that are made in front of you.
