With a variety of flavors from Almond Wedding Cake to Chocolate Mint, there is the perfect macaron for every occasion. The macarons themselves are lightly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. It's the perfect blend of flavor matched with a smooth cream-like texture in the middle! The store is extremely photogenic and is constantly changing its decorations. I loved the DC Cherry Blossom theme. Not to mention the colors of each macaron are absolutely stunning! Truly a great gift. “Been seeing the "coming soon" signs at this place all last year and had a chance to try last night, as me and my wife didn't feel like cooking and it was a Friday night! The Three empanadas, drink and a 1 sauce is decently priced at $16 for a filling meal. Parking is limited and there are no tables for groups. You're better off ordering for pickup. My favorite is the Spicy Pork empanada filled with pork, black beans and corn. For reference, the spice level of the Spicy Pork and their "Mild" sauce is about that of Taco Bell "Fire" sauce. At 6PM, a lot of their menu items were sold out or otherwise not available. Looks like this place is better at lunchtime. Since it's hard to get parking, I would either park at the garage across the street and walk 4 minutes, or order for pickup or to delivery. Unfortunately, there would not be enough seating to bring work colleagues here. Better to organize an empanada party at the office. VIDEO“
“I'm so happy I found this restaurant! I went there today for dinner, and I was greeted right away with a big smile. I sat down, and my server came right away. I ordered a drink and an appetizer and entree, which I loved. Finally, I ordered tiramisu for dessert which was delicious. The ambiance was cozy.! definitely recommend this place. Great job to the chef and wait staff.“
“It’s so great to have an entire bakery dedicated to being Vegan. They have a good selection of cookies, cupcakes, cakes, brownies, pies and ice cream cookies and coffee. We had a cupcake and slice of cake and an iced coffee. The cupcake was delicious and moist one of my favorites I’ve ever had, the cake was dense and super sweet I would say it’s overly sweet as you cannot finish it. The iced coffee was also way!!! To sweet! Couldn’t taste the coffee flavor. The space is smaller connected to several other food places.“
