My wife and I went here for a first date anniversary recently, and it was fantastic! We've been to several Michelin star restaurants around the world, and this was one of the best. The food was just amazing course after another amazing course. The level of innovation and flavor was just off the charts. The service was also impeccable, with super friendly chefs and staff. The interactive experience is something truly memorable. Special shout-out to Sean, who was super helpful to me when I was trying to figure out which cocktails to order!

Fantastic experience! Surprised this hasn't earned three Michelin stars yet. The staff, the food, the drinks, and the atmosphere are all phenomenal. I won't share pictures of the food because I don't want to spoil the experience. Every dish plays on multiple senses and provides something unexpected without compromising flavor at all. The chefs are all very skilled and happy to explain more about their techniques and background, which adds to the experience. Even the ambient music is synchronized with the stages of the meal presentation to provide a complete experience.

I mean obviously... This was the best meal I've ever had. Everything is curated and thought goes into every little detail. I've been to other 2 star Michelin restaurants but minibar is in a class of it's own. I went for my birthday and they made us feel like it was so special. We didn't get the wine pairing but they naturally included drinks with many of the courses.Vegetarian options: They accommodate everythingDietary restrictions: They accommodate every request

What an amazing experience! Parking nearby and other garages for DC. They open right at 5 pm so if you have a reservation, you won't be able to enter until then. There are 2 entrances, the minibar entrance and the barmini entrance. We ended up at the barmini entrance but someone walked us over to the correct one.Once we entered into the sitting area, we were greeted and they took our jackets. We sat and relaxed for a couple minutes before being sat at the Chef's counter. They start you off with some bubbly and have a book for you to sign for the evening you're there. The Chef's will work and put finishing touches right in front of you and you can ask any questions you'd like. Honestly, there's a good bit of the Michelin restaurants where there's a handful of items I didn't like but I loved every course at minibar.This was easily my favorite 2 star Michelin I've been to. Each course was delicious and you get a little treat to take home as well.

Lots of small dishes demonstrating a wide variety of cooking methods and ingredients. I found everything to be delicious and service was great. Hard to find a theme and my dining companion was disappointed in how much the menu our night resembled the one in a video he watched online such this might be one of those once in a long time experiences.
