Fantastic experience! Surprised this hasn't earned three Michelin stars yet. The staff, the food, the drinks, and the atmosphere are all phenomenal. I won't share pictures of the food because I don't want to spoil the experience. Every dish plays on multiple senses and provides something unexpected without compromising flavor at all. I mean obviously... This was the best meal I've ever had. Everything is curated and thought goes into every little detail. I've been to other 2 star Michelin restaurants but minibar is in a class of it's own. I went for my birthday and they made us feel like it was so special. The entire experience was amazing - it was like front row seats at the theater but even better because of the interactivity. The chefs were talented and fun, the environment was comfortable and intimate, the food was inventive and delicious, the presentation was artistic, and the service was impeccable.
