Went in to kill time before dinner. We had one hr. Ordered fries and a coke. They told my bf the coke machine was broken. We watched people use it after. It took me going back up after 40+ mins asking them when the food was going to be ready. Instead the cashier tries to get me to pay again for our food, and asks for our receipt even tho he didn’t give my bf one. Don’t come and sit to eat here. Came in 6:50pm Friday, April 5th. It was NOT busy.

Food is decent but inconsistent - I ordered the same side (mac n cheese) less than 2 days apart and had a completely looking dish each time. I also think the service could improve, particularly from the lady who is responsible for taking orders/advising customers at the counter.

The food was good. My husband's food didn't show up until mine had been gone for 20 mins, and my entree took forever. There was also a very large service charge so chicken breast with 1 side and 1 drink came to 50$ the most expensive nandos I've had on either side of the ocean lol.

After being at 18th street and then ruining my order and my lunch a gentleman at this nandos got my order right and gave me great customer service the best of best nandos that cares for their customer they are responsible respectful and kind thank you and I enjoyed my visit like Im suppose to.Thank you very much

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Said the would clean a table for us but didn't. Didn't explain how to order. Soda machine was out of most flavors. Delivered the food items with a long wait in-between. Didn't give us 2 items we purchased. Act like the are inconvenienced if you ask a question. Just terrible.

I’ve been going to Nando’s for years - literally since 2001 when I was at university in London. So, I like to think of myself as a Nando’s connoisseur!One thing I’ve realised is that the quality of the food and the experience varies sooooo much depending on which branch you go to.Unfortunately this branch at Woodley Park looks great, but the quality of the food really fell flat for me. The chicken was super duper dry, and I ordered two legs to try and avoid this. You really have to overcook dark meat for it to be dry ?. In fact, from the video you can see how dry the drumstick is ?.The fries (chips) were not hot, they were luke warm and the halloumi was the same lukewarm warm temperature. Nooooo thanks.Luckily this is not my local Nando’s.
At this fast food spot, service may lag, not quite the strength, more of a drag. A little slow, even for fast fare, with prices that make you quite aware. Yet, the quality of food stands tall, offering value that may just enthral. For the price you pay, it's quite the deal, if quality eats are your ideal. Patience is key, a virtue here, as waiting longer than expected is clear. So, if you're willing to endure the wait, good quality food will be your plate's fate.

i was extremely disappointed that this nando’s is so bad.i take my kid to wkly classes in the area and he is a big fan of nando’s in general.this location has the worst customer service, they frequently get the orders wrong and the food is hit and miss (i’ve received under cooked chicken on several occasions).many chances were given, so now i’ll drive 10 mins to the next nando’s and get quality food and service.

Fantastic food! Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Good service! Go easy on spice. Order medium at hottest unless you LOVE heat! Get peri peri sauce on the side. Chicken is amazing! Loved mango lime marinade on my chicken with medium peri peri sauce on the side. Yum!
