Ordered food last Sunday, and let's say it was ok, but what bothered me was the delivery guy, wanted to give him some tip, had a 20$ and instead of giving me back 15$ (I didn't have smaller bills) he have me 7 or 8. Shame on me for not checking it but I was real hungry. Didn't have the chance to order Chinese because they were not working on Sunday. Next time I'll get something directly from the airport instead.
I ordered the 9 wing special online to pick up. Unfortunately the online ordering system needs work as it tried to upcharge blue cheese when it states it comes with the special. I explain this to the gentleman in front and he refuses to give me a blue cheese, saying he can't do anything. How can you not give me the blue cheese that was promised? This is one of the best PB franchises in the area. I've never had an issue even with customization for food allergies. They're quick, delicious and the delivery staff are very professional. Definitely worth the effort to order from them vs certain other delivery chains...Dietary restrictions: Great at adapting for issues.
