Portion size was good, food was good but not great (kind of bland but not awful) staff practically whispered while music was so loud it would give you a headache.
The worst customer service I’ve ever had! The food was horrible as well. Just go to Subway and save yourself the time.

There were 3 people working, 2 of 3 should be fired immediately the gentleman running the register needs some training/coaching. I understand they don't get paid more to work more, and I also understand everyone is going through their own thing but you don't have to be outright rude. The food is decent if your in a bind think

I just had the worst first experience at this potbelly location. Today was my first time trying Potbelly, I went there with two friends and we were just looking what to order and trying to figure out how to start the order. One girl (Asian features) took my order and I asked her if it was possible to split the sandwich in two, she told she could do it but didn’t do it. Then an African American girl (she wears glasses) appeared behind her and started to almost yell at me saying “toppings will be on the side, move!”… I moved and continue with the line and the same girl asked me what toppings I wanted, it took me couple of seconds to decide and she asked me again in some aggressive way about the toppings I wanted. I chose tomatoes and lettuce (I felt I was pressed to choose something). Funny thing: I didn’t get tomatoes and instead I got onions. I was so pissed and I wanted to say something but I knew it would’ve been a huge problem because of the way the employees were talking to me. My friend was sharing the sandwich with me and she’s intolerant to onions, so after that she got a bad stomach reaction. This has been the worst customer service I ever experienced.

We came in by chance on our visit to Washington and tried the chicken sandwiches, they are delicious, a little too spicy but very delicious; fast and very friendly

Absolutely rude! I am from out of town and asked if they had an AJU type of sandwich. The lady was extremely disrespectful and gave me dirty looks and while i looked at the menu they proceeded to ask me multiple times ARE YOU READY TO ORDER and talked about me to the other coworkers behind the desk as if i couldnt hear them!!! Very rude! I left because even though the food looked delicious the service was awful and i refuse to give money to a restaurant who hires people like this!!! TERRIBLE!

Great sandwiches at a nice location however incredibly rood customer service. We came almost 2 hours before closing time, however the lady making the sandwiches didn’t let us sit almost anywhere and proceeded to name all things things that weren’t available, which was apparently half of everything. She was rude throughout and really made it obvious that she wanted us to leave.
