This has been my 2nd time at this location over a 3 month time span. The sandwiches that I’ve gotten don’t seem to have much meat and if you ask for extra peppers the servers seem to ignore you. What makes it worse is the workers I’ve come in contact with are VERY rude, seem/look annoyed, or distracted on their phone from when you walk in to when you walk out!
I had a very poor experience today while receiving my food. The food was ok but the service was very poor. My sandwich was burnt not toasted. I had to repeat myself multiple times only to find out when I got to my car that she had given me the wrong type of bread. I think they should do much better with their customer service .

This is one of the better Potbellies. I’ve eaten at many of them as I like their sandwiches. This one is clean, friendly staff, efficient and I look forward to when I come up to this area to be able to eat here.
