Potbelly (Washington DC: 555 12th street) is a great restaurant. Our servers Nishan and Mason were very kind as they took care of our group of 24 people 1 hour before closing time. The food was delicious and prepared quickly considering they only had two staff on duty at the time. Thanks again guys!!!
Great job to Denise for her customer service and a great sandwich. There was miscommunication on toppings and Denise quickly addressed the situation and went above and beyond to ensure that the next sandwich was perfect and the drink. I was surprised when I called in and reported the issue and she stated it was no problem and said she remembered the order. How is that possible out of all the orders that come in?
