Paid $19 for 2 boba drinks.In DC visiting and highly recommend all though prices are a bit high.The size of the drink is fair.Must try:Mango slush with pop boba & a scoop of vanilla ice cream ?Wheelchair accessibility: You must go down a flight of stairs.
Tried a Taro bubble tea (50% honey, less ice) with added red bean. They added Oreo crumbs by mistake, I just ended up taking it anyway. The flavors of taro and red bean were really good, not subtle but not too strong. Sweetness was perfect for me, but might be lesser for many. Same goes for ice. The highlight was the boba pearls, they were soft and not chewy. And the tea had sufficient amounts of all toppings served in a pretty designer cup, I could enjoy them till the end. One of the few bubble tea establishments in DC Chinatown. It is a very small space, slightly hidden (need to walk down a few steps) a block away from the Chinatown Arch on H Street. There is no seating inside. There are two kiosks at the counter where you can place your order. We ordered the Tropical Fruit Tea and Boba with Fresh Milk. Both drinks were very good. The Tropical Fruit Tea was very refreshing, and the Boba with Fresh Milk hit the spot!
