Worst service of any business I have ever been in! Counter people are RUDE and are definitely picking the people they want to service first. I waited 14 minutes for my order while others who ordered after me received service. Counter people looked at me, chatted with each other and never took care of me. When I went to cancel my order and ask for a reason the same person who took my order to begin with NEVER apologized and NEVER questioned what happened. Starbucks should be ashamed of themselves.
