I loved the partisan when we lived in DC. Till Covid closed it it was our favorite restaurant in the city. The staff was phenomenal and the dry-aged steaks were better!

The only way to describe eating here is an assault on your taste buds. The pairing order and combos brings a brand new flavor to experience and plate compliments and influences the next. The charcuterie plates are essential for preparing the next courses. We were very happy with the beef fat fries, and the beef short ribs were recommended and enjoyed. Great beer selection and fantastic drinks. Definitely a please to check out.

Let me tell you, The Partisan was certainly cool. Gets a little too crowded, but has great ambiance and service. Every single thing we ordered tasted fantastic. The service was also perfect and everybody was friendly. The Partisan, If you haven't been here before, you're certainly missing out.

We came to this spot for lunch. we heard about this spot from quite a few people. Well, it was a winning. The staff members were extremely nice and we felt very good. The meal was yummy. We loved this spot a lot and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep it up.

This is a delivery review, which I always pad a bit because the restaurant can't control what happens to the dish after it leaves their kitchen. But in this case, it didn't matter. I ordered a Red Apron Burger sans onion or pickle with Beef Fat Fries for delivery and YES! Not only was the burger perfectly cooked medium, but the fries were absolutely brilliant. I'm glad The Partisan isn't closer to my apartment or I might be tempted to go there just to get fries and get them all the time. I have to admit, this gives Good Stuff Eatery a run for their money *except that Good Staff has the toasted marshmallow shake and I have yet to find anywhere that tops that*. Yes, yes, yes!

Great first time dine-in experience here! My girlfriend and I needed a ladies night out to catch up and unwind and found this place on google. We enjoyed a charcuterie and cocktails which were both delicious. The handsome gentlemen that tended to us was knowledgeable and courteous. The ambiance and music was perfect for the dim lit bar area in the back. I fully intend to visit again!

I went to the Partisan with some friends last night for a happy hour. This was my first time going and I really liked it. Our waiter, whose name escapes me was amazing and gave us some great drink recommendations. I'll definitely be back.

Come in an enjoy the restaurant from the apps, excellent dinner choices. The ribeye was cooked to the correct temp and the oysters were very good.

This is a nice place with a large bar area to stop in for some unique bar bites and great drinks! Service was decent, but far from great (it was adequate). But, the food was outstanding! Their fries are probably the best fries we've EVER eaten! Their Pimento Cheese was smokey and very tasty, but the bread that came with it was disproportionate to the appetizer that this dish was supposed to be... it was way too thick and filling. I did appreciate the uniqueness of it, but would have preferred chips. Their Aperitivo Hour is awesome! They do something with basic vermouth (Dolin Blanc) that's Absolutely Incredible!!! We ordered sooo many of them during our visit... they were refreshing and incredibly tasty! We'd love to return for dinner and to try more of their food and drinks!

Service was amazing, food was beyond our expectations, the ambience was super cozy, and our waitress was extremely attentive-she asked about food allergies, went into detail about how to use the a la carte charcuterie menu and even gave us complimentary aperitifs for our anniversary! We'll definitely be back

We enjoy the atmosphere and the food was good. Having arrived early and a few minutes before our group arrived, we did as most would and looked around the butcher shoppe and the restaurant. Nice decor, it makes you feel comfortable, an enjoyable place to sit in the bar or the restaurant.

If i could give them a zero, I would. We arrived before 7pm, excited to try their delicious-sounding menu. However, we were highly disappointed. When we arrived and asked for a table for two, the hostess asked if we had a reservation. Honestly, with it being a Thursday, I really didn't think I'd need reservations. The hostess didn't even bother to look at her list, she flat out told us they were full and didn't have tables. Here's the problem I have. The fact that she didn't bother to "try" and accommodate us on a Thursday evening, when they weren't even super packed rubbed me the wrong way. At least pretend to want my business! I hate pulling the race card but I'm pretty sure she looked at us and thought we weren't worth the trouble. Thanks. I'll take my dollars elsewhere.

I was here alone. I sat at the bar. This place is great for meeting friends. Good menu here. I really liked the wings. I also ordered cheese, but the bartender recommended another and I gladly agreed and I did not regret it! The dim light and romantic atmosphere really pleased me.
