Let me tell you, The Partisan was certainly cool. Gets a little too crowded, but has great ambiance and service. Every single thing we ordered tasted fantastic. The service was also perfect and everybody was friendly. The Partisan, If you haven't been here before, you're certainly missing out.
Neighborhood Provisions (NP) is setting the bar for outstanding menu selections and service - appetizers, main courses, desserts, plus beer, wine and spirits. NP is a consortium of some of DC area's best restaurants (Red Hen, The Partisan, Blue Jacket, Iron Gate). They cover the waterfront - literally - for DC, No Va, MD. The only way to describe eating here is an assault on your taste buds. The pairing order and combos brings a brand new flavor to experience and plate compliments and influences the next. The charcuterie plates are essential for preparing the next courses. We were very happy with the beef fat fries, and the beef short ribs were recommended and enjoyed. Great beer selection and fantastic drinks. Definitely a please to check out.
