Camilo was a great waiter (I'm assuming he was the manager as well). My group enjoyed the food that was served. We order 2 Truno burgers, the carnivore flatbread and chicken pesto flatbread. All items were cooked to perfection and came out hot. We enjoyed the food and the pleasant service from the entire staff at the Canopy. We will be coming back.
Located inside the Canopy by Hilton in Washington, DC (Embassy Row), there is plenty of seating, booths, communal tables, bar seating. This was our first stop when we checked into the hotel and their menu had soups, salads, burgers and pizza. I should have ordered a flatbread pizza, they have a pizza oven. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have enjoyed meals during each stay. My favorite was a lunch if grilled cheese with bacon and tomato bisque on a cold winter day. Other meals included wings, charcuterie board, hummus platter, burger and salmon. Everything has been flavorful, well presented and nice portions.
