Went to this McDonalds today and I asked for a cheese burger which they charged me for. I realized I never received the burger once I got home and checked the bag. Also did not add pickles on my Big Mac. Let’s be more efficient and thorough with orders.
Wish I could give a zero star for service. After 40 minutes of no food coming to curbside, I walked in to the store to ask for help. The clerk turned his back to me and walked off, snapping that "it's all me today, IDK what to tell you." The mobile app doesn't process refunds, and so it states to call the store number. I called the store, and they refused and said they don't do refunds; do it through the app (which isn't possible). Just save your time and money.
