“This place is amazing. I have been looking all over for a healthy option for breakfast/lunch and I am so glad I gave Claymont Nutrition a try! The actual building itself is not going to wow you upon arrival but when you enter, the owner keeps the place nice and clean and all of the staff in there is super friendly. Today was my first time going there and I got a chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie and a blackberry lemonade herbal tea combo. It was only $10 and they were both to die for. They make the smoothie right in front of you, use fresh ingredients and have plenty of add in options such as protein, BCAA's, etc. If you are looking for a place that makes a good smoothie and would like to help out a small business in your area I recommend you give this place a try. I will be a repeat customer for sure.“
“i enjoyed my stop here so, so much! i got a squash and corn empanada—which was very tasty—and an iced coffee with a healthy dose of vanilla syrup.literally every single employee i interacted with here was so nice and welcoming! i would recommend this place based on the service alone.there was a decent amount of indoor seating, but TONS of outdoor seating, which i took advantage of due to the nice weather. it was a really great place to spend some time writing and just enjoying the sunshine.they also had quite a few pastries (and some interesting retail items, i believe), and i look forward to trying some of them out the next time i stop by!“
“I was excited to visit Scout for the first time on Monday and LOVED its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu has some wonderful and interesting selections -the sandwiches especially are not something you would find at another café around here. I tried the grilled cheese and added grilled chicken. It was like no other grilled cheese I've ever had, and it is by far the best sandwich I've ever had anywhere (not exaggerating- I had to hold myself back from going to get another one the next day). Well done Nick and team! I'm excited to become a regular customer!“

Tough deciding on what to eat, landed on the cheese, bacon and green onion scone. So. Good. Found a seat next to a bowl of motivational messages written on stones. This place is more than stopping for a coffee, it’s an experience.“
“A great place. Been open many years. Recently on TV for their Anniversary. Sometimes crowded but they are quick and move fast. You can get breakfast sandwiches all day which is a plus. Coffee very good, another plus. Only takes cash, no big deal to me. Grew up in South Philly and local neighborhood places the same. Got scrapple, egg & cheese, bacon, egg & cheese, peppers , egg & cheese. All outstanding. Owner Bruce and his wife working up front, working, greeting and monitoring everything.“
“Super cute and chic coffee shop! The coffee is great quality and they have many options. They also serve pastries, food items and different types of art. The owners were onsite, super hospitable, and attentive. The decor made you feel at home and they proudly display artwork from various artists on the walls. It’s really nice inside. I connected to the WiFi and got some work done as I enjoyed my latte and sandwich. The space is small but there isn’t a shortage of seating and there is still enough personal space to feel comfortable. I will definitely return.“
“Love this spot. Just moved to the area and already addicted to the apricot tart. Ordered the Classic on a Croffle (croffle was a bit too greasy in combo with the hash brown for me) with provolone, sausage and avocado, garlic aioli and tomato bacon jam on the side (tomato bacon jam wins hands down: Sweet & Savory). London fog with oat milk was steamed great with a thick layer of foam that didn’t make it home. My only issue is there is not enough seating and nowhere convenient to wait for your order, just feels like standing in the middle of the room blocking the menu.“
