Ordered larger pint size & (not quite) half gallon…both only filled 3/4. The workers behind the counter didn’t care and said that was all they were mixing. Called owner to complain multiple times & no call back. Such a shame since we love their ice cream. It’s been more than 2 years and haven’t been back since. (Coincidentally, had last 3 of 4 visits like this & decided enough was finally enough!)If the owner doesn’t care, I don’t need to spend my money there. There are a few local owned shops in Camden & Dover that are nicer…especially to the customers!

Order incorrect called said there was fudge "What little we had left" mine didn't have Carmel but after first answer didn't even bother to ask. Call the customer don't take it upon yourself to make food decisions for anyone else.

Went in for my sons 18th birthday cake that he wanted. Employee told me I can order one and have by 12pm the next day. Went the next day and they never made it. They didn’t call me to warn me it wasn’t completed. The same employee I spoke to the day befero made 3 different excuses on why it wasn’t done. They took no responsibility for there lack of care and customer service. Manager/owner was no help!

My daughter worked there recently (up to 2 wks ago) & it was a terrible experience for her as a result of the owners…I will never support this business (by buying ice cream there) ever again!!

Absolutely horrible service. The staff is different from before and now they're racist. They kicked us out because the girl was upset that she misheard our order. She started raising her voice and mumbling curse words at us. Then her father (the owner) kicked us out.

Listen to the bad reviews and do not come here. The staff do not have their food handling certificate. They cough on the ice cream and use bare hands. I haven't seen them wash their hands at all. Absolutely no hygiene.

Horrible staff . They're racist and kicked us out with our baby all because the girl misheard us with an item. They gave our pre-ordered cake to the wrong person, and when we asked to have another one made, the owner began screaming and cussing at us. I wish i had recored the entire thing. This guy is a huge P.O.S.

We went there not to long ago and it was a horrible experience!!!! I was looking for a last minute birthday cake and we decided to stop at cold stone because we enjoyed the ice cream. While looking at the cake in the freezer the employee she was kinda forcing us to pick a cake. While looking at other cakes she told us to close the freezer door in a rude way, but what type of customer service is that!!! how can we pick a cake with out browsing the display!!! Never again i will come here! The owner needs to train better the employees for best customer service!
